My clientele is partly in the luxur y and high-end segment. These clients usually have ver y busy schedules and cannot quickly address construction-related questions, visit exhibitions, or make selections. My job is to understand their wishes and topics and act in their interest when needed to contribute to the desired end result. This extends to offering specialized construction management and control for my clients. This ensures that coordination in the larger scheme works and processes are not overly strained or disrupted, or because preliminar y work needs to be executed ver y precisely according to specific instructions to ensure that subsequent work fits and ever ything is perfect in the end. Especially in project construction, general contractors and site managers are usually overwhelmed with special requests from buyers and clients. If the clients are also financially independent, their possibilities are many, and these need to be managed.
